Fantastic product, great bargain! Aug 04, 2010 I now own two of these great GPS pucks. They work great with rapid satellite aquisition and very reliable tracking. I use my laptops to navigate on sailboats and this device has no problem picking up and tracking GPS signals from inside the cabin... no need to route it outside. I love this little bargain!

Works great with Linux Jul 24, 2010 I run this on my Samsung netbook with Ubuntu Linux (10.04) using gpsd and tangogps (both in repositories). Everything works just great. Fire it up, punch in your destinations and navigate away! This little receiver gets reception in the house and in the car for me.
Great product Jul 12, 2010 Thia is a great product. Windows 7 drivers were missing from the disk that came with it, but I found them on another site, that is the only complaint I have.
I would recommend this to a friend.
Outstanding Technology! Jul 12, 2010 This works better than any other GPS receiver I have. Inside, at my offices in 2 different cities, takes no time at all to find itself. Light, portable, simple. GREAT PRODUCT!
Nice external GPS option Jul 11, 2010 I bought this to use with my laptop for mapping software. While I have not done any benchmark comparisons, the BU-353 seems to be more sensitive than other GPS receivers I have used, including those built-in to devices like cellphones and dedicated GPS receivers. The suction cup let's you place it where it will get the best signal, and it is very simple to setup with most software I have used it with.
I have not found any drawbacks with this device. Great price, performs well, I recommend it.
