The MSRP at the manufacturer's website is a dollar eight. I think I will look elsewhere to buy this.

Other than the hood, it's not something you couldn't make with a couple holes in thin plastic sheeting. It will do for an emergency, but they should be 99 cents instead of $4

Wow! What a deal! 10 stars!
$.96 + $10.05 ship = $11.01 total
That's better than going to your local store and paying $.99 + tax.
