Poor functionality and device set-up Jan 26, 2010

Manual has to be read several times to understand what it is saying. Even then, there are a lot of questions left unanswered. I spent hours trying to set this thing up to my phone and ipod touch. I could get both to work separately, but the music would cut into phone calls after 5-10 seconds and drop the call. CS told me to increase mic sensitivity to make sure it was picking up my voice, but it didn't help. After messing with it for hours again, the phone did work once and i was shocked. After hanging up with my wife I had her call right back to see if it would work again and it didn't!! Same music problem. The sound is good in the helmet, but I have only tried it on in the house. I would only recommend this product if your phone was able to transmit both music and phone on Bluetooth 2.0 or higher.
