I just received this today. The material is smooth and comfortable, and it fit very tightly onto the steering wheel. I did have a little difficulty getting it onto the wheel, but, if it didn't fit so tightly, it wouldn't be safe, so I have no qualms with that.
The picture does it justice, and shows it exactly how it is.
I highly recommend this steering wheel cover.

Bought about 1 1/2 years ago for a relative and it's still going strong. You can still see the detail. The original color is still noticeable. There are no faded spots, rips or tears. It's pretty sturdy.
