I guess I'm at fault for not reading the product details because I was expecting this to be a metal ring holder. It's very light and cheap feeling, although it does a decent job. The loop is large enough to fit on any belt and the ring is a good size fit for my stinger flashlight. It actually holds it well enough that at a regular walk, the flashlight does not bounce and smack my side or leg. I'm overall pleased with this product but if you were thinking it was a metal ring just by looking at it, don't be fooled. Not that they are trying to fool you...just don't expect a super, heavy-duty metal flashlight holder. The good news is that it won't scratch your flashlight up!

While my Streamlight XT HP fits in the ring holder, it does not "stay" in there.
I wore this for one evening and my flashlight fell out of the holder from jumping, squatting, and sitting.
If you want something that will keep your Streamlight secure, go to a local military surplus store and see what they have to offer there. That's what I ended up doing.

I bought this holder to use while working the door at a bar. I ultimately bought a snap holster because my light kept falling out. If you wont be running, jumping around, or breaking up fights while wearing your light, then this is a good and cheap holder. The ring is plastic but I don't see that being an issue.

this item is not for "all" stingers. I purchased the streamlight 75763 and the ring goes 3/4 up the flashlight. From a seated position, the flashlight will slip out when you stand up.
