 Must be an easier way. Oct 16, 2011

We have owned the headsets for over a year now and use them whenever riding two up as an intercom. They work with our full coverage helmets up to about 55mph. They lack the volume to overcome wind noise at higher speeds. We are riding a BMW R1150RT, stock exhaust and full fairing, so we are a very quiet bike. Getting these set up (paired to the phones and one another) took an act of congress. Turns out the enclosed instructions were incorrect. After a few days we found someone at customer service who e-mailed us the proper setup procedure. We would certainly look long and hard if we had to replace these, but they do enable us to communicate while riding around town and at slow cruise speeds. They are holding up just fine and seem well built. BMW's recommended system cost more than twice as much and may not be any better regarding volume. Try out the system you are considering before you purchase if at all possible or get a money back guarantee.

It is very good. When using it to listen to music, it is good. When I am on a call I can be heard, but whoever I am on the phone with has to be speaking loudly for me to hear them.
